HIBINO day by day makes onigiri and homestyle Japanese cuisine as a way of honoring each season and connecting people to the farms and kitchens in the community. The changing weekly menu expresses the seasonality of fresh ingredients we source from local farms and trusted growers. Our pop-ups at local restaurants and food purveyors bring visibility to a wider network of chefs, cooks, and producers in the Hudson Valley. We collaborate with artists, designers, and other creatives to offer unique service for food-related special events.

Picnic Bento Box for Manitoga/ Russel Wright Design Center @visitmanitoga
During the Art +Design +Nature walk, as part of the Upstate Art Weekend program, we offered pescatarian and vegetarian variations of our mini bento box. We are honored to cater our bento boxes for beautiful Manitoga for the 2nd time. The must see Upstate Diary @upstate_diary exhibition is up until August 19th, 2024.

We will be offering our wrapped Onigiri at Wellness Shines on at the Safe Harbors Green, Newburgh, NY. The corner of Broadway and Liberty Street.
About Wellness Shines on: The 2024 Wellness Shines on the Green will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 10am to 3pm at the Safe Harbors Green. Our goal is to connect local practitioners with the Newburgh Community. We are looking to create a low-pressure social atmosphere to encourage community connections, mutual support and education. We will again share the Green with the Newburgh Farmers’ Market, offering food, entertainment, classes for all ages, and raffles. We aim for this to be a fun, as well as educational, event for the whole family! This year, we are collaborating with a multitude of events during Spring into Newburgh weekend, including the Safe Harbors 5K Run for the Green, Art on the Block, and Shop Downtown Newburgh.
